It is my intention to is to launch small peer support circles for ADHD & Autistic adults in 2026 and I am keen to gauge interest. 

These would be online sessions, involving small groups of 6-8 peo It’s #ADHDawarenessmonth and the theme is The Many Faces of ADHD. A moment to move beyond preconceived ideas of what ADHD looks like. ADHD looks like me.

Have you requested reasonable adjustments in your workplace? The Equality Act 2010 (in the UK) highlights the legal requirement for employers to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace for employees or job applicants who have a disability or lon ⚠️ TW: suicide

You may have seen the studies which show that ADHD adults are 5 times more likely more likely to die by suicide and autistic adults are around 7 times more likely. 

There are several factors at play rather than one simple answer. But There is so much powerful stuff that happens in coaching relationships, and so much of it comes from being asked the right question instead of being told the answer.

For me, dysregulation is a much more accurate description of how I experience attention. Sometimes the attention I can focus on something is Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria is a frequent topic of my coaching conversations.
