  • We Are More Human Screening Tool

    Meet Uma

Uma is the world’s first strengths-based self-identification service that helps adult women, non‑binary and AFAB people safely self-screen for autism, ADHD, and CPTSD.

Uma also screens for commonly co-occurring health difficulties related to Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and Hypermobility EDS (hEDS), to build a complete brain-body picture.

Please note this is for self-screening only, not a diagnostic tool.

  • Autism Screening Tests for Adults

The Comprehensive Autistic Trait Inventory, or CATI, is a self-report questionnaire that provides a valid measure of autistic traits in adults in the general population.

While it has been examined in large numbers of non-autistic and autistic people, it has not yet been fully clinically-evaluated. While the CATI may be useful in a screening process, it should not be used as the sole assessment tool for diagnosing autism.

  • ADHD Screening Tools for Adults

The ASRS Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale is the screening tool recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).

The interactive form is a version of the Adult ADHD Self-Reporting Scale. It is a quick and effective screening tool that can highlight potential ADHD symptoms in adults and offer insights into behaviours affecting daily life, work, and relationships. The results of the form can serve as a helpful starting point for discussions about an ADHD assessment and diagnosis. It’s important to note that the ASRS is not a diagnostic tool.

  • Your NHS Right to Choose

If you are based in England under the NHS you now have a legal Right To Choose your mental healthcare provider and your choice of mental healthcare team. This means that should you decide the waiting time for your ADHD assessment is too long, you can choose alternative providers.  The provider must supply the service to the NHS somewhere in England.

Right to Choose within mental health is a relatively new option (since 2018) and as such, not all patients, GPs or other clinicians are aware of it and how it works.

  • Uk Government Access To Work Grant

Access to Work is a UK government scheme that provides practical and financial support to people with disabilities or neurodivergent conditions, including ADHD and autism, to help them start or stay in paid employment.

The support can cover workplace adaptations, specialist equipment, coaching, and travel costs, tailored to individual needs. It’s available to employees, self-employed people, or those about to start work, with or without a formal diagnosis, to enable success and inclusion at work.

  • Executive Skills Questionnaire–Revised (ESQ–R)

The Executive Skills Questionnaire–Revised (ESQ–R) is a 25-item, self-report measure of executive functioning skills, including plan and time management, organisation, and emotional and behavioural regulation.

Understanding our areas of Executive Function challenge can be a useful focus for ADHD & Neurodivergent coaching.

  • VIA Character Strengths Survey

ADHD & Neurodivergent coaching focusses strongly on exploring and elevating our unique strengths.

Character Strengths are the positive parts of your personality that impact how you think, feel and behave. The VIA Survey will explore 24 character strengths so you can discover your unique character strengths profile. Knowing and applying your highest character strengths is a fundamental part of our coaching journey.

  • Spiky Profile

People with a neurodivergence are more likely to perform highly in some areas, and lower in others. This means that their β€œskill profile” looks β€œspiky” with peaks and valleys, rather than a consistent β€˜middle ground’.

The purpose of completing the spiky cognitive profile is to identify factors that may impact your personal career journey, to play to your strengths and develop in other areas.

  • Sensory Profile Interactive Tool

This sensory profile from Noa’s Place helps you identify what sensory experiences might be overwhelming and what helps you feel calm and comfortable. Understanding your sensory needs can help you advocate for yourself, prevent sensory overload, and create better environments for work, socialising, and daily life. You can share your completed profile with employers, healthcare providers, support services, and family to help them understand your needs.

  • Positive Intelligence Saboteurs Survey

Saboteurs are the automatic patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. Your Saboteurs cause all of your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, well-being, and relationships.

The Saboteur Assessment is your first step to conquering your Saboteurs, identifying them to expose their lies and limiting beliefs.

  • How to be Autistic

How to be Autistic is a manual to help recently-diagnosed autistics navigate their new world. This book will guide you through what being autistic means, tell you how to manage your challenges, and help you find your purpose.

It will help demystify autism and empower you to live as the shiny authentic autistic you were always meant to be.
