“Kindred Spirits are not so scarce as I used to think. It's splendid to find out there are so many in the world.”

~ L M Montgomery

My approach to ADHD and neurodiversity coaching is grounded in the Kindred Ethos. This ethos shapes a safe & supportive coaching space where you are welcome to show up as yourself.

Together, we’ll explore your neurodivergent profile, your strengths, sensory profile, executive functioning patterns, and emotional experiences such as Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, to help you navigate your personal and professional life with increased self-acceptance, self-advocacy and self-confidence.

Whether you’re at the beginning of your journey with an emerging awareness of neurodivergence, newly diagnosed and seeking to make sense of what this means for you, or navigating life changes that call for new strategies and support, coaching offers a collaborative space to reconnect with who you are.

Through reflective conversation and personalised psychoeducation, we’ll uncover what works for your unique mind and create intentional practices that truly honour your neurodivergent experience.
