Pay per session offers flexibility, as we can review progress as we go.
A single session can offer directional, practical support for one focus challenge, or for deeper exploration of a module from the self-led Kindred Neurodiversity Executive Function Psychoeducation Programme.
Core Coaching Package
6 x 60 min 1:1 Coaching Sessions over ~12 weeks
£360 (pay in full)
Self-funded
Most clients start here to build knowledge and strategies around Executive Function challenges. Great if you have an emerging awareness of neurodivergence or new diagnosis.
We can add extension sessions as necessary if deeper work is required.
From August 2026 this package includes full access to the Kindred Neurodiversity Executive Function Psychoeducation Programme

Discovery Coaching Package
12 x 6o min 1:1 Coaching Sessions over ~6 months
£720 (pay in full)
Self-funded
For deeper exploration of your identity. A space to discover more about your unique strengths, motivation style, sensory profile and masking.
Perfect if you need support while navigating big life changes in your professional or personal life: including career changes, relationship changes, hormonal changes or bereavement.
From August 2026 this package includes full access to the Kindred Neurodiversity Executive Function Psychoeducation Programme

Bespoke Access to Work Package
12 or 20 x 60 min 1:1 Coaching Sessions
From £95 per session
Access to Work funded, Grant funded, or Employer Funded
For clients who have workplace funding, grant funding or Access to Work funding, bespoke packages are available with rates starting at £95 per session. You can find out more here about Access to Work, including eligibility and next steps once you have your award.
