Coaching is an investment in your future. This can be self-funded or you can request for it to be funded by your employer as a reasonable adjustment.
In the UK, you can also apply for a government grant called Access To Work which can fund support workers, including coaches.

Typical coaching sessions are entirely client-let. You set the agenda and we work on whatever you would like to bring to the session. Based on what you share, we will collaborate and co-create an approach that works for you. This may involve selected psychoeducational content as appropriate.
The psychoeducation programme is designed to be a more structured approach for those wishing to learn more about their neurodivergence. The programme consists of eight modules designed around the executive functions with psychoeducational content, coaching conversations and activities to complement each module.
