Last updated: July 2026

1. Introduction Welcome to www.kindredneurodiversity.co.uk. By accessing or using our website or any services provided by Kindred Neurodiversity (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description Kindred Neurodiversity provides coaching services specialising in neurodivergent adults and self-led digital courses. Details of coaching packages course curriculums, and pricing are available on our website. For payments, cancellations, and refunds, please see our Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy.

3. User Accounts & Age Restriction You are responsible for your account credentials. Our services are intended for users aged 18 and over. Accounts created for the Self-Led Psychoeducation Programme (and any other digital course) are strictly for single-user access. Sharing your login credentials with others is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of your course access without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property The Services, including all content, features, functionality, assessment algorithms, proprietary scoring logic, and report templates, video lessons, course workbooks, and curriculum design are owned by Kindred Neurodiversity and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, or redistribute any content obtained from the Services without our prior written consent.

Purchasing a digital course grants you a single, personal, non-transferable license to view and use the materials for your own personal development. You may not download (unless explicitly provided as a downloadable file), record, modify, copy, resell, or redistribute any content obtained from the Services without our prior written consent.

5.Course Access & Availability Access to the Self-Led Psychoeducation Programme is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product. This means you will maintain access for as long as Kindred Neurodiversity continues to host and offer this specific course. If we decide to retire the course or migrate to a new platform, you will be given at least 30 days' written notice to complete the materials before your access is removed.

6. Interactive Assessment Tools By using our interactive tools, you acknowledge that the generated reports are based on your self-reported data. Kindred Neurodiversity is not responsible for the accuracy of these results. Access to automated tools is provided on an 'as-is' basis; we do not guarantee that the automated delivery of reports will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Professional Disclaimer Kindred Neurodiversity provides coaching and courses, not clinical therapy, medical advice, or diagnostic services. Our services, courses and interactive tools are designed for educational and self-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, or financial results from taking our courses; your success depends entirely on your own effort and implementation.

8. Data Protection We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes a 90-day retention period for automated assessment results and details on how we manage course participant data.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Kindred Neurodiversity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

10. Termination Kindred Neurodiversity reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time (including course access) at any time, without refund, if you violate these Terms (e.g., by sharing login details, exhibiting abusive behaviour, or failing to meet payment obligations).

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
