An 8-week curriculum designed to be used later in the year, in my Peer Support Circle, but first I am running a pilot round delivered live by me at a significantly reduced rate.
Eight thoughtfully designed modules, exploring in detail each of the Executive Functions, using psychoeducation to expand your understanding of your neurodivergence alongside exploration activities to support you to apply your learning to your own life.

A full curriculum exploring in detail each of the Executive Functions, using psychoeducation, alongside personalised coaching exercises to support you in growing your understanding of your neurodivergence.

Small Cohort Group Sessions

8 × 90 min online weekly group sessions (worth £320)
A full curriculum exploring in detail each of the Executive Functions, using psychoeducation, delivered live in a group setting to a cohort of 6. Coaching exercises and opportunity for group discussion and exploration.
