Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

  • Introductory Calls: 30 mins, free of charge.

  • Self-Led Psychoeducation Programme: £250 (£175 until September 2026)

  • Self-Funded Focus Session: 1 x 60 min session for £65.

  • Self-Funded Core Package: 6 x 60 min sessions for £360.

  • Self-Funded Discovery Package: 12 x 60 min sessions for £720.

  • Bespoke Access to Work Funded, Grant-Funded or Employer-Funded Packages: On Request from £95 per session.

Payment Schedule & Funding

  • Advance Payment: Full payment is required in advance of the coaching programme. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer (BACS) or Stripe, as specified on your formal invoice or at the online checkout.

  • Access to Work (AtW): While we welcome clients using AtW funding, the Client remains personally liable for all fees.

    • Upfront Payment (Reimbursement): For clients paying upfront to claim back from DWP, sessions must be paid for in full before the programme commences. Kindred Neurodiversity will provide a formal receipt for your claim upon settlement.

    • Direct Payment Portal: For clients using the DWP Direct Payment Portal, digital invoices will be issued monthly. These must be uploaded to the AtW portal within 7 days of receipt to ensure timely settlement. Delayed uploads may result in a temporary pause of coaching sessions.

  • Shortfall Liability: While Kindred Neurodiversity supports the AtW process, the Client (or Employer) remains ultimately liable for the full session fee. If a grant is withdrawn, or a payment is declined by the DWP, the balance must be settled privately within 14 days.

  • Cancellation for AtW: The DWP does not typically reimburse for missed sessions. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate. These fees must be settled privately by the client/employer, as they cannot be claimed against the Access to Work grant.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (live coaching)

  • The 24-Hour Rule: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late Cancellations: Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited (no refund or rescheduling).

  • Rescheduling Limit: Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of twice. Beyond this, the session is forfeited to ensure schedule stability.

  • Coach Cancellations: If Kindred Neurodiversity must cancel, you will receive a priority reschedule or a full refund for that session.

Refund Policy

  • Digital Products & Self-Led Programmes: Because digital courses provide instant access to proprietary intellectual property and downloadable materials, all sales of the Self-Led Psychoeducation Programme are final and non-refundable.

  • Unused Sessions: Refunds for unused sessions in a package are not routinely offered.

  • Pro-Rata Adjustments: If an exceptional refund is granted for a package, the sessions already attended will be charged at the Full Single Session Rate (£95), and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Validity of Sessions

  • All pre-paid sessions must be used within 6 months of the first session unless agreed in writing with the coach.
