Payment Terms

Coaching Packages:
The Limited Introductory coaching package is priced at £270 for 6 x 60-minute sessions (including packages booked prior to 1 Sept 2025)
Payment Schedule:
Full payment is required in advance before sessions commence. Payment is collected securely via Stripe at the time of booking through our online booking system.
Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your sessions.
Additional Sessions:
Any additional sessions beyond the package will be charged at the current session rate and must be paid in advance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations:
- You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited and not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
- If you need to cancel a session, please do so via the booking system or by contacting us directly at jules@kindredneurodiversity.co.uk
Coach Cancellations:
- In the unlikely event that Kindred Neurodiversity must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for the affected session(s).
No-Shows:
- If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refund Policy

Refunds:
- Refunds for unused sessions within a pre-paid package are not routinely offered except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Kindred Neurodiversity.
- If you are unable to continue with your package due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.
Statutory Rights:
- Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
